Student: 2022-23
Gaby joined our lab in May 2022 as a first year Medical student to start working on her own research projects.
These projects will be focused on the use of optogenetics to study cardiomyogenic differentiation. Given the research topic and her personal interest, the Department of Thoracic Surgery (i.e. Dr. Palmen and Dr. Hjortnaes) will be strongly involved as well.
