Arti Ramkisoensing publishes commentary in Stem Cells: Aging and Regeneration

In 2011 we published an article on the cardiac regenerative ability of human mesenchymal stem cells derived from fetal and embryonic mesenchymal stem cells. We then hypothesized that a subpopulation might exist. Khong et al. now indeed show that there is a subpopulation among mesenchymal stem cells derived from young donors which have an increased pro-regenerative potential. This is Arti's response to their interesting work published in Stem Cells. Here you read the authors' reply.
